Frequently asked questions

Is wifi free?
We have done everything possible to cover the entire park with a free wifi service.

Due to its unique geography, some areas may be unreachable, and when there are many tourists, the performance of the network may vary.

That said, we wish you good navigation (in every sense!).
*What are the restrictions for children?
Children can also enjoy the park experience. They can use the two seawater pools (three pools in some months of the year, one of which is heated) and the beach; they can also follow their parents in each department.

If they have a height between 1 and 1.40mt (3.28ft and 4.59ft), a reduced rate is dedicated to them; if their height is lower, they do not pay. If they are taller than 1.40mt (4.59ft), they pay for adults, and can access all the pools in the park.
What does the rate include?
The entrance ticket includes access to the park with the use of all 11 swimming pools of various types and temperatures, access to the beach, sun umbrella and deck chairs subject to availability, guarded cloakroom service with showers, changing rooms and lockers with key, the latter subject to a deposit.
Are pets allowed?
As in all thermal parks and beaches on the island, there is a rule of no access to animals, so unfortunately animals are not allowed in our park, with the only exception of certified guide dogs.
Is a medical examination mandatory in order to use the thermal pools?
It's not mandatory. If in doubt, you can consult our medical director for the correct use of the thermal waters.
Does the park close in case of rain?
No, the park is always open even in case of rain. Although we do not have closed pools, it is always possible to use the pools, which as we recall, are warm in most cases. The dining areas are covered.
